Integrated banners or Lifestyle banners.
They're called integrated because the copy and images are embedded with or within the parent site's content on a given page. Most always these placements are called out by a disclaimer identifying it as an "advertisement."
Sometimes the execution consists of an image and accompanying branding copy that clicks thru to a vehicle homepage or microsite. Other times it clicks thru to a showcase or spotlight page, like the one shown above, where you can expound on the vehicle attributes. Depending on the media buy, these units offer a wealth of opportunity for both creative execution and selling the vehicle.
The execution below is an example of a simple spotlight landing page. Rolling over the image exposes more information about the vehicle. Photo galleries are a common form for a spotlight page. More complex executions can include video and backloading additional apps like build and price functionality.
